Casino War
Casino war is a simple alternative game that is fun to play on-line. It has some similarities to the childhood card game of war.
All players make a bet to begin the game and are then dealt one card. The dealer will also receive one card. The card rankings are much like poker, besides that aces are always high cards.
After dealing, the cards are compared to what the dealer has. If the player's card is greater than the dealer's card, even money is won. If there is a tie, there are two options: surrendering, which means losing half the bet, or going to war. To start a war, the bet must be raised by the same amount as the original bet. A second card will then be dealt. When the card is even or better than the dealer's, even money is won on the raised amount and the original bet will push. Both bets are lost when the dealer has the higher card.
Blackjack Switch
Blackjack switch is a game that is played with two hands, and two matching bets will be placed on those hands. The game is called blackjack switch because the player can switch the second cards around in each hand.
So, if someone had a six and an ace in one hand and a five and a king in the other, they could put the five with the six and the ace with the king to make two better hands.
While this rule makes the game easier for the player, there are more rules that were made to make blackjack switch harder, such as on a soft 17, the dealer will hit. Even money will be paid for a blackjack. Doubling and splitting can occur the same way it does in regular blackjack.
